- process your unit so it is entered into our database records, which allows us to keep track of it throughout the repair process until it’s back in your hands
- send you an email once the repair has begun
- assign your device to the right technician, who is an expert in the category (i.e., iPod, iPhone, Mac or iPad)
- repair your device
- send your device through multiple testing procedures
- give your device a final quality check
- repackage your device in our sturdy, customized shipping box
- ship your device back to you with insurance, tracking and free return ground shipping
- send you an email with a tracking number once your device has shipped
While your device is with UEG, it is kept in our locked facility, so your device is safe in our secure environment. Typical turnaround time is 24 hours or less to repair. Shipping via UPS Return Ground takes an average 3-5 business days to arrive at your door. You can always choose to upgrade your shipping for a fee (please see the options available at checkout). Repairs are given our Fixed Right or it’s Free Guarantee.
