A Better Repair Experience

UEG’s Open Communication Process

Communication with our customers is a key component at United Electronics Group (UEG). Online orders placed through any of our UEG companies–United Tablet Repair, United Smartphone Repair, United MP3 Repair and United Mac Repair–as well as lobby customers receive some of the best treatment in the consumer electronics repair industry.

Here’s how efficiently the UEG process works: Once you finish your order online, UEG emails you a confirmation to assure you your order is complete. When we receive your device in-house, we send you an email to let you know it’s safe in our hands. You then receive an email with a tracking number once the repair is complete and on its way back to you. After your repaired device has been returned to you, UEG aims to make sure you received a better repair experience, so we email you our brief survey. That’s it! It’s a thorough and reliable process to keep you, the customer, in the loop about all that is going on with your device.

If you have questions at any point, whether you have inquiries about UEG services/prices/turnaround times, questions about your repair or anything else that comes to mind, our helpful customer service team is easily accessible by phone (1-866-488-8227), email (customerservice@unitedelectronicsgroup.com) or live chat. You can even drop by our lobby Monday through Friday 8A – 5P in Bensenville, IL, 20 miles west of Chicago. We’d be glad to assist you!

As you can see, at UEG, we value open communication with our customers. Call, email, chat or stop by! We look forward to earning your business by offering you a better repair experience.
