You have, for example, a damaged tablet. You want to get it fixed. You research repair facilities. You discover United Electronics Group (UEG) and can see we’re a great company to work with. After all, we communicate with our customers every step of the way so that you know where your device stands at any given moment.
Shipping your device to a UEG company like United Tablet Repair, United Smartphone Repair or United MP3 Repair could not be easier. In a few easy steps, you’ll have your device on its way to our facility for repair.
We suggest you pack your device, whether it’s an iPhone, iPad or iPod, in a sturdy box–no envelopes please–filled with packing materials, like foam peanuts or crumpled newspaper. You want to make sure you allow the packing materials to surround the area at least two inches between the box and the device.
The most important aspect of the shipping process is to include the UEG Work Order, which you can find and print from any one of the UEG company websites under the Shipping Instructions tab. Fill it out completely and include it inside the box you will ship to us. The Work Order allows us to identify your order. Your answers will also help our technicians pinpoint the issue or issues you’re having with your device.
When UEG receives your broken device at our Bensenville, IL, facility, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt of it. After it’s been repaired by our trained technicians, your device gets shipped back to you right away in a custom, durable shipping box. Return shipping is free if you select UPS ground from any one of our UEG company websites when completing your order.
